Shardana Sailing Charters and each individual Captain, at their sole discretion, may cancel or reduce the time on the water on a charter due to inclement weather conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond their control. If a charter is canceled by Shardana Sailing Charters, we will make best efforts to reschedule the cruise under the same terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation except for the fees paid to us. In the event Shardana Sailing Charters reduces the time of the water, a prorated amount may be calculated for your payment.
If the customer cancels a reservation for any reason: In the case of a day charter, Shardana Sailing Charters Incorporated reserves the right to charge the customer the full price of the charter; rescheduling the day charter will be at the sole discretion of the operator. For overnight and multi-night charters cancelled by the customer at least three weeks ahead of the scheduled charter, Shardana Sailing Charters reserves the right to charge no more than half the full charter price. During COVID19 situations a 100% refund will be provided if canceled two months in advance of the scheduled charter date. If within two months of a clients scheduled charter date the client is unable to sail due to someone in their party getting COVID and can provide medical documentation, Shardana Sailing Charters shall issue the client a Sailing Certificate. Please note all Sailing Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable however they do not expire and can be used any time.
